The men's team was selected sixth in yesterday's poll with the women selected seventh. Be sure to check out the rundown of yesterday's poll release online. I'll have a season preview for both teams in the upcoming weeks.Joe Buczekhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14326996870815369447noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5902869868320503385.post-24393291444672884762012-11-02T09:19:00.001-07:002012-11-02T09:19:06.738-07:00Football vs. Kalamazoo The Scots will face Kalamazoo on Nov. 3 in their final home game of the season. Alma College was off last week with a bye and head coach Greg Pscodna says that some of the younger players may have a chance to see some action with just two weeks remaining in the season. Coach Pscodna also added that this is a big and physical Hornet squad who is still fighting for their first MIAA win this season. This game is probably going to come down to whether or not the Alma College offense can reach the end zone. The Alma College defense has proved in recent weeks that they can compete and have shown improvement since the non-conference schedule was completed. The offense will need to work the clock, something it has struggled to do.Joe Buczekhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14326996870815369447noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5902869868320503385.post-21130060517727026962012-11-02T09:14:00.002-07:002012-11-02T09:14:59.753-07:00Conference tournament timeThe women's soccer team and volleyball team are both in action today competing in the semifinals of their respective tournaments. This season marks the start of the series with both conferences signing a four-year agreement. Home sites will alternate each season.
